1. General questions

What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).

Additionally, you can track the status of your order from the "order history" section on your account page on the website.

Can I change my order?

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.

Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

To make changes to your order, please reach out to support through the help desk.

2. Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.

You can choose other payment methods at checkout.

3. Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship in the US.

Please keep in mind that when shipping to any location we are not responsible for any added taxes or charges.   Example and tariffs, VAT, or Duty charges are all to be handled by the customer.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Once you've placed your order, delivery will be processed within 24 to 48 hours.

    How can I track my package?

    All CLEARANCE / SALE items are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges.

    Halloween Costumes are non-refundable or exchangeable after Wednesday, October 20, 2022. Returns that smell of smoke, body odor, or are without original packaging will not be accepted at any time and will be returned to the purchaser.

    The Naughty Little Toy Store guarantees you will be satisfied with every product you receive, so long as the item you wish to return is NOT USED and IS IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING, YOU MAY RETURN FOR ANY REASON. This policy does not apply to our novelty items, unless defective and in original packaging. Should you need to return or exchange an item purchased through loverslane.com, please follow our return policy or contact our customer service department with any questions.  Approved item(s) for return or exchange are to be sent within ten (10) days of receipt along with the packing slip completed on the backside indicating the information necessary to process the return or exchange, to Thenaughtylittletoystore.com. Shipping charges for items sent back for return or exchange are the responsibility of the customer, unless sending back defective merchandise. thenaughtylittletoystore.com does not charge a shipping fee for exchange orders when sending the replacement back to the customer. Exchanges will first be processed as a credit to your credit card, and then a new order will be processed on your credit card for replacement. Once the return/exchange shipment is received at our fulfillment center, most refunds/exchanges will be processed within one week. You may be contacted by a member of The Naughty Little Toy Store Customer Service Team with any questions about your return.

    Novelties

    Adult toys and marital aids are sold as novelty items only. The Naughty Little Toy Store will not accept returns or exchanges on novelty items. This policy is upheld for the protection of all our customers and assurance that the merchandise selected is new and unused at the time of delivery. This policy also protects our employees from handling or exposing themselves to unsanitary conditions or potential STDs. The Naughty Little Toy Store makes no representation or warranty of any kind, nature, or implied with respect to the merchandise, the use of or fitness for a particular purpose. Buyer holds harmless the seller for any liability

    ALL CLEARANCE / SALE items are FINAL SALE.

    Please Note:

    In accordance with Federal Health Codes, all intimate apparel, novelties, adult toys, and marital aids are not returnable. The only exceptions are manufacturers defects.

    Videos

    Due to the potential for duplication, DVD's are not returnable when the package seal has been tampered with, broken, or removed.

     

    Can I exchange an item?

    We do accept exchanges, and they follow the same conditions as returns

    In order to ask for an exchange, please mention that you would like your item to be exchanged with another item when preparing your return with our support.

    How long does it take to process a return?

    Returns will be confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.

    Once your return is accepted, reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.
